Abstract

This article aims to present the strike within the scope of labor law, the strike requires more in-depth studies, despite being a common occurrence among workers, whether in the public and/or private sector. This work uses qualitative research as a methodology through a bibliographic review. The general objective is to analyze the strike in the Brazilian legal system, considering that it is a fundamental right and must be exposed and aligned according to the norms and factual reality.
