Abstract
This article intends to analyze outsourcing in the list of relevant laws and analysis of the provisions of the CLT, demonstrating its definitions, characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, as well as the rights of outsourced workers, with the main aim of identifying the impact caused on the employment relationship by outsourcing to over the years. It answers the question of whether outsourcing in work relationships can have an impact, whether positive or not. In the end, it is considered that there is a positive impact on labor relations that brings advantages to the Brazilian labor market and its consolidations.
