ALIMENTOS GRAVIDÍCOS E A RESPONSABILIDADE CIVIL FRENTE A NEGATIVA DE PATERNIDADE

Abstract

The present research work was based on disposing about the civil liability of the mother in the case of pregnancy foods. Therefore, in order to better elucidate the subject, the present work observed the historical aspects, followed by the conceptual and important aspects about liments in general and pregnancy foods in kind. In the sequence, the civil liability applied to cases of bad faith of the mother in the erroneous disposition of the alleged father was demonstrated, which may give rise in some cases to the due indemnity. In this way, the present research work had as general objective: to address about pregnancy foods and civil liability in the face of the denial of paternity. Presenting the following specific objectives: report the timeline as a result of pregnancy foods; discuss the importance of pregnancy foods in current times and analyze about the subjective civil liability of the mother. Finally, a literary review was used, focused on a qualitative approach, in demonstrating the importance that pregnancy foods have in relation to the fetus and the possible responsibility of the pregnant woman in cases of bad faith.
