Resumen

Yellow fever is a notifiable international disease (it must be immediately communicated by the fastest route to health authorities) and requires epidemiological investigation of all cases. Every suspected yellow fever case has to be investigated to define the likely site of infection from the epidemiological history. The conduits to be adopted differ if it is an area where there are no cases of yellow fever (indene) or if it is an area where there is circulation of the yellow virus.
