Abstract

The research aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and depression. The main objective of the research was to show the benefit of regular physical activity for people who suffer from these types of disorders. And how they can improve in their clinical conditions. An analysis of depression and the main related factors is made, the concept of physical activity and its psychological and physiological implications in patients with depression, and physical exercise as a multidisciplinary strategy for disease intervention and the intervention of the physical education professional. In this sense, the present study verified depression and the main related factors, the concept of physical activity and its psychological and physiological implications in patients with depression. Show the difficulty and barriers experienced and experienced by people who suffer from depression and anxiety, their symptoms, what they are going through and the difficulty in convincing them to leave their homes or their comfort environment and start practicing physical activity. In addition to showing her that frequent use of physical exercise can help her out of this situation, which affects so many people in the world today.
