UNA ANÁLISIS DEL CONTROL EN LAS PUBLICACIONES CIENTÍFICAS EN PORTUGUÉS E IMPLICACIONES PARA LA FORMACIÓN DE LA SECRETARÍA EJECUTIVA

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar los conceptos de control presentes en publicaciones científicas publicadas entre 2019 y 2024 en portugués para que se pudieran identificar sus implicaciones para la formación profesional de secretarias ejecutivas. El estudio tuvo como referencia la teoría del proceso de gestión, específicamente el proceso de control, su cuarta y última etapa, de modo que fuera posible comprender el estado del arte del conocimiento producido y publicado en lengua portuguesa. Se utilizó el método bibliográfico conceptual, el cual consiste en la formulación de preguntas de investigación y sus respectivos patrones de respuesta, seguido de la recolección de datos sobre bases científicas, los cuales luego fueron organizados en forma de tablas de frecuencia y diagramas que representan el esquema lógico de los atributos del proceso de control, finalizando con la redacción de las respuestas buscadas para ser sometidas a consideración de la comunidad científica. Los datos recolectados fueron definiciones conceptuales contenidas en estas publicaciones del período 2019 al 2024, en un total de 10 estudios, los cuales fueron sometidos a análisis semánticos para generar los hallazgos. Los resultados indicaron la existencia de cuatro enfoques de control (acción, función, soporte y proceso), seis atributos que caracterizan el proceso de control y cinco implicaciones para la formación de profesionales del secretariado ejecutivo: 1) liderazgo en la ejecución de las estrategias organizacionales, 2) capacidad de influenciar a las personas para liderarlas, 3) dominio sobre los dispositivos y aplicaciones de control, 4) foco en el desempeño previsto en los planes y 5) el establecimiento de un ambiente de seguridad para alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales. Los hallazgos del estudio contribuyen a mejorar la formación de los profesionales del secretariado ejecutivo porque los posicionan como un apoyo a los directivos en sus desafíos de alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales basados en el dominio del proceso de control. La originalidad de este estudio radica en el equilibrio de las delimitaciones conceptuales del proceso de control, el esquema lógico construido con los atributos caracterizadores del proceso de control y las cinco implicaciones para la formación del profesional secretariado ejecutivo.
