OS IMPACTOS DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL NO MERCADO DE TRABALHO

Abstract
This article analyzes the impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the labor market, exploring how the automation of technical and cognitive tasks has reconfigured labor relations. The research, of a qualitative nature and based on a literature review, identifies the main challenges and opportunities related to the adoption of AI, with a special focus on the need to adapt Labor Law and create public policies for professional requalification and digital inclusion. The study also proposes a critical reflection on the role of the State and legal institutions in the face of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, examining possible legislative and institutional responses to technological advances. Finally, it seeks to contribute to the debate on how to ensure that the benefits of artificial intelligence are distributed equitably, without compromising historically achieved social rights, thus promoting worker dignity and social justice in a scenario of continuous transformation.
