O USO DE HIPNÓTICO-SEDATIVOS NO BRASIL

The present article has the intent of analyzing literature related to the main hypnotic sedative pharmaceuticals utilized on Brazil territoy with the intent of understanding the main reasoning for its use , it’s effects and consequences of use, with the purpose of exemplifying the use of hypnotic sedatives on Brazil. On Brazil current’s context its possible to observe na increase on the number of people affected by sleep and anxiety disorders. Hypnotic sedative meditation takes up around 17,29 millions of reais on costs for the public health system, according to the Rename from 2014. Have been said the consequences of these pharmaceutical treatments may vary , being related to the development of addiction to the medicines use, early development of cognitive declines and the sudden appearing of mood swings. In carrying out this study, scientific articles and books were used, data, published in the period from 2017 to 2024 using descriptors such as Hypnotic drugs, sedative drugs, pharmaceuticals sedative hypnotics, benzodiazepines, after the inclusion and exclusion criteria nine articles were selected.
