Tarcyo Ribeiro dos Reis Ribeiro, Luan Ferreira , Jéssica Moreira , Milene Alves Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3746 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A UTILIZAÇÃO DE BIOMATERIAIS PARA REGENERAÇÃO ÓSSEA EM IMPLANTES DENTÁRIOS: AVANÇOS E APLICAÇÕES CLÍNICAS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3840
The DSM-5-TR includes postpartum depression as a specifier of Major Depressive Disorder, with initial mood symptoms occurring during pregnancy or within four weeks postpartum. This article aims to understand how postpartum depression (PPD) influences child development and family dynamics. Thus, the general objective of this study is to analyze the implications of PPD on child development and family relationships, with specific objectives: (1) to investigate the effects of postpartum depression on the cognitive and emotional development of the child, (2) to analyze the impacts of postpartum depression on the establishment of the mother-child bond and its effects on family relationships, and (3) to identify risk factors associated with postpartum depression, pointing out support resources and intervention strategies. To achieve this, a bibliographic review of scientific articles and Portable Document Formantt (PDF) books was conducted, analyzing materials from 2014 to 2024, Selected titles and abstracts on the topic under discussion. The findings indicate that PPD directly impacts child development, causing long-term dysfunctional behaviors, difficulties in bonding, impairments in the development of cognitive and affective skills, motor difficulties, and issues with self-esteem. This research is justified as understanding the impacts of PPD is essential for adequate prevention and treatment, promoting better developmental conditions for the child, improved family cohesion, and maternal well-being.
Rafaela Aparecida Rocha Medeiros, Marcella Antunes Sousa Luiz de Oliveira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3895 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURAL LAW: COLLECTIVE CIVIL JURISDICTION. PROCEDURAL ASPECTS. https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3816
The environment is the set of natural and artificial elements that make up the space in which all living beings reside, encompassing components such as soil, water, air, fauna, flora, and ecosystems. Thus, it is essential for the survival and well-being of all living beings, serving as a source of essential resources like water, food, and oxygen, as well as playing a vital role in climate regulation and ecological cycles. In this context, Environmental Law emerges as a branch of law aimed at protecting and conserving the environment, seeking to ensure the sustainability of natural resources and ecological balance for the benefit of present and future generations. Consequently, Environmental Procedural Law emerges as a fundamental branch for the enforcement of diffuse rights related to the environment, focusing on ensuring that collective interests are judicially protected. Therefore, this scientific article aims to discuss Environmental Procedural Law, considering issues pertinent to collective civil jurisdiction and certain procedural aspects, particularly those related to the main judicial means of environmental protection, such as: public civil action, popular action, collective writ of mandamus, and writ of injunction.
Igor do Vale Oliveira, Daphiny Silva Quaresma, Sulamita Lima Gomes da Silva, Natalia Pereira Alves Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3816 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 AUXINA E ÓXIDO NÍTRICO NA ESTAQUIA DE PIMENTA-DO-REINO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3850
The black pepper has a strong representation in agricultural production in the northern region of the country and strong diffusion in the state of Espírito Santo. But one of its obstacles is the low rooting of cuttings. Indolbutyric acid (IBA) has been used to induce and improve rooting in stem cuttings of various species, and it is also used for rooting of black pepper. In addition to the use of hormones, such as AIB, nitric oxide (NO), a proven cellular marker, can interact with auxin sources, improving its action on rhizogenesis. The quality of the seedlings has a great impact on the performance of the future crop, in this sense, The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of indolebutyric acid (AIB) sodium nitroprussianate (NPS), source of nitric oxide, on the rooting of black pepper cuttings. The experimental design was a randomized complete block design with four levels of factor A (0.0, 1500, 3000 and 4500 mg L-1 of AIB) and four levels of factor B (0,0; 100, 200 and 300 μM NPS), totaling 16 treatments. The study was conducted with four blocks, where each experimental unit was composed of 10 seedlings. Thus, in each block 160 seedlings were implanted and throughout the experiment 640 seedlings. Sixty days after the application of the treatments were evaluated the root length and dry mass; length, dry mass and number of shoots; number of leaves, and root volume. The variables root length and root dry mass showed interaction between the application of NPS and AIB. The combinations between the AIB and NPS doses with total immersion of the cuttings contributed to the rooting of the same, but ended up harming the shoot emission.
Mirele Coradini, Marcus Vinicius Sandoval Paixão, Hediberto Nei Matiello, Antonio Resende Fernandes Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3850 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 SCHOOL FOOD IN THE DISCOURSE OF FOOD HANDLERS IN BRAZILIAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3876
This study aims to present narratives given by food handlers about school meals in Brazilian municipalities. This is a qualitative study. Fifty-seven food handlers (lunch ladies) from public schools in the capitals and municipalities in the interior of the five geographic regions of Brazil took part in the research. To collect the statements, individual interviews were used, with the help of a semi-structured questionnaire. In each school participating in the research, a lunch lady was randomly selected to be interviewed. For the analyses, the Collective Subject Discourse technique was used. The main aspects expressed in the speeches revealed that, for the lunch ladies, school meals are “a complement to home meals”, “contribute to the student's performance and learning”; It is also perceived as “a student’s right”, and “a form of education and encouragement for adequate and healthy eating”. The study concluded that for food handlers, the food served at school goes beyond the nutritional and biological dimension. Such understandings contribute to the recognition of these professionals beyond their technical multitasking, as they perceive school feeding as an element of enforcing and maintaining rights, and as a fundamental practice for education and learning.
Ingryd Garcia de Oliveira, Karine Anusca Martins Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3876 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 The PROFILE OF AGRONOMICAL ENGINEERS DEMANDED BY THE JOB MARKET https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3720
Higher education plays a fundamental role in promoting a sustainable transition and transforming society. One of the main challenges facing universities is to train professionals with a profile in tune with social demands. In the midst of this dilemma, there is a need to reformulate the structure of professional training, in order to move towards solidifying theoretical and practical knowledge in a systemic and committed vision. Generally speaking, employability is based on the ability to move around and knowledge of market demands. The more adapted the professional, the greater their employability. This demand for qualifications reflects the need to adapt to the new demands and dynamics of the sector, highlighting the importance of solid, up-to-date training. This study analyzed the demands of the job market, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in academic training, with a view to increasing adaptation to the demands of the sector. The proposed methodology used the survey technique, through the application of forms to companies in need of professionals in the area. The research found that there is a significant gap between academic training and professional requirements. Companies currently attach great importance to behavioral skills, the so-called soft skills, because individuals with these characteristics are more flexible and adaptable to different environments. The need to constantly adapt agronomy training to the demands of the job market has also been proven. Higher education institutions, such as IFTO, play a fundamental role in this process, seeking to offer their students a solid and complete education that prepares them for the challenges of the professional world.
DARA BEATRIZ VIEIRA DE SOUSA, Karolaynne Bevane Ribeiro da Cruz, Bruno Carvalho de Souza, Natalia Cristina Lança, Ellen Lopes Ribeiro, Clauber Rosanova Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3720 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 STINGLESS BEES AND THE POPULATION OF SALINAS: KNOWLEDGE AND RELATIONSHIPS IN THE SEMI-ARID REGION OF MINAS GERAIS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3838
Stingless bees (Meliponinae) play a fundamental role in the pollination of various tropical plants and in ecosystem conservation, especially in predominantly semi-arid regions such as the northern part of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This study aimed to investigate the perceptions of residents in the municipality of Salinas, MG, regarding these bees, connecting traditional knowledge, environmental conservation, and meliponiculture practices. The methodology involved semi-structured interviews with 55 residents using questionnaires applied in person at the Municipal Market. The responses were analyzed through categorical content analysis. The results showed that, despite the limited technical-scientific knowledge, residents acknowledged the ecological importance of stingless bees, particularly in relation to pollination and honey production. A cultural appreciation for these bees was also identified, linked to the oral transmission of traditional knowledge. However, gaps in access to information and technical support persist, which hinders the development of local meliponiculture. The study highlights the relevance of educational actions and public policies that promote the strengthening of popular knowledge combined with science, encouraging sustainable management and the conservation of biodiversity in semi-arid contexts.
Samuel Machado Abreu, Carlos Nei Ortúzar-Ferreira, Aníbal Souza Felipe-Silva, Rodrigo Gredilha-Duarte Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3838 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 COMÉRCIO DE OVOS IN NATURA E SUA PRECIFICAÇÃO NA CAPITAL PALMAS - TO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3859
This study aimed to evaluate and correlate the nutritional status (NS), physical activity level (PAL), risk of intestinal dysbiosis (RID), food consumption, and age group of children and adolescents with ASD from a neurological rehabilitation center in the municipality of Belém-PA. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, exploratory, and analytical study. Data were collected via Google Forms and statistically analyzed using the Pearson test and logistic regression model. The study included 42 individuals aged 6 to 17 years, with a predominance of males (73.81%) and an average age of 11 years. Regarding PAL, 50.00% of participants were considered physically active. As for RID, 64,29% presented a medium risk. In terms of NS, 50.00% of children were classified as obese, while 60.00% of adolescents were eutrophic. A high frequency of processed food consumption and a low intake of healthy foods were observed. Adolescents showed a higher likelihood of having an adequate NS compared to children. Thus, the analyses suggest a significant association between NS, RID, and age group, with the latter being the only variable with statistical significance in relation to nutritional status (p-value<0.05), highlighting that, in childhood, there was a 5.191 times higher likelihood of an inadequate nutritional status compared to adolescents. The accumulation of fluid in the uterine cavity of the mare after insemination is considered normal due to the physiological cleaning reaction developed by the animal itself, in order to eliminate dirt and semen, recognized by the body as a foreign body, preparing the uterus for the installation of the embryo. This process must occur within a period of 24 to 72 hours. Therefore, if this period is exceeded, the accumulation of fluids causes damage to the reproductive health of the animal, causing persistent endometritis, which can evolve into more serious cases such as degenerative endometriosis, excluding the animal from reproduction. Endometritis is the main cause of infertility in mares, and the 3rd leading pathology in horses. The objective of this study was to carry out a systematic review on the subject, showing the main clinical signs, diagnosis and treatment, demonstrating its importance for the reproductive health of mares.
Isabella Paiva Rossi Ribeiro, Amanda Cristina Santos Meucci Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3868 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 PASTURE DEGRADATION:CAUSES, CONSEQUENCES AND PATH TO RECOVERY. https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3836
Pasture degradation is one of the main challenges for the sustainability of the Brazilian agricultural sector, with serious economic, social, and environmental consequences. This study presents a review of the causes, impacts, and strategies for the recovery of degraded pastures. The main causes include inadequate management, overgrazing, poor formation, and lack of fertilization, resulting in soil compaction, erosion, and biodiversity loss. The consequences encompass reduced agricultural productivity, increased production costs, uncontrolled agricultural expansion, and social impacts on rural communities. From an environmental perspective, degradation compromises soil quality, water resources, and ecosystem services, as well as contributing to climate change. To mitigate these impacts, several strategies have been proposed, such as the Crop-Livestock-Forest Integration (ILPF), rotational pasture management, the introduction of adapted forage species, and the recovery of soil fertility through liming and fertilization practices. The adoption of monitoring technologies, such as remote sensing, also stands out for its efficiency in identifying degraded areas. Public policies that encourage sustainable practices and offer technical assistance and rural credit are essential for large-scale pasture recovery. Recovering and ensuring the sustainability of pastures represents not only an opportunity to preserve the environment but also to increase agricultural productivity and promote competitiveness in the global market. In conclusion, an integrated approach is essential to ensure the economic, social, and environmental viability of the Brazilian agricultural sector.
Fátima Juliana Lacerda Do Nascimento, Gabrielle Miranda Costa, Murilo Pereira de Sousa , Yasmin Nunes Pereira , Otavio Cabral Neto Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3836 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A INFLUÊNCIA DA ILUMINAÇÃO NOS SISTEMAS DE PRODUÇÃO AVÍCOLA: https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3857
Rafael Messias de araujo, Laura Sulzbacher Dacome, Emelin Kissner, Gionei Sulzbacher, Giovane Douglas Zanin Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3841 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 BETWEEN BARS AND CARE: AN EXPERIENCE REPORT ON THE CHALLENGES AND EXPERIENCES OF NURSING IN CARING FOR PRISONERS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3862
This report describes the experience of nursing interns from the Santa Catarina Educational Institute/Guaraí College (IESC/FAG) at the Penal Unit of Guaraí - TO. As a facilitator of this process, the obstetric nurse plays a fundamental role in providing emotional support, guidance, and care to the birthing woman, contributing to a more positive childbirth experience. However, the research also highlights challenges in implementing humanized childbirth, such as institutional barriers and the need for continuous and specific training for these professionals. The conclusions indicate that, to ensure an obstetric care model that prioritizes the dignity and well-being of women, it is essential to invest in the recognition and training of obstetric nurses. This study emphasizes the importance of further research and practices to overcome existing challenges and promote more effective and humanized childbirth care. The role of the obstetric nurse is, therefore, a key element in transforming obstetric care, ensuring the health and satisfaction of birthing women.
Izadora Andrade souza, Tainara Pereira Santos, Patrícia De Oliveira Vellano Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3820 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 SENTIDOS ATRIBUÍDOS À DANÇA PRESENTE NOS FESTEJOS DE NOSSA SENHORA DO ROSÁRIO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3852
João Paulo Oliveira, Rubislei Sabino, Maria Eloisa Coelho, Tawan Kellyton Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3852 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A EDUCAÇÃO FINANCEIRA COMO INSTRUMENTO PARA O PLANEJAMENTO DA APOSENTADORIA E A SUSTENTABILIDADE DA PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL NO BRASIL https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3877
Carlos Vinicius Louza Gomes, Murilo Nicolini Gaigher, Rodrigo da Vitória Gomes Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3877 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 RADIOACTIVE RACE: https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3731
Teaching radiation physics faces challenges due to the complexity of concepts and the need to understand radiological protection measures, making it essential to adopt active methodologies, such as educational games, to promote more meaningful and engaging learning.
It is often observed that the number of children using technologies has increased daily. However, overexposure to screens duringdevelopment can be harmful, requiring limits on their use. The general objective of this work is to present the damage that theexcessive use of screens can cause in the cognitive and social development of children in second childhood, aiming to provideinformation and guidance for educators and guardians. The specific objectives were: to explore scientific studies and empiricalresearch that address the impacts of excessive screen use on the cognitive development of preschool and school-age children;analyze the cognitive and psychosocial damage that the excessive use of screens such as cell phones, tablets and television cancause in children during their development; Examine the psychosocial implications of prolonged screen use on children'sinterpersonal relationships, social skills, and emotional well-being during their developmental phase. The concern about the negativeimpacts of technological devices on child development has grown, driving studies such as this one, which adopts a qualitativemethodological approach through bibliographic research. The amount of time children spend on technology is alarming, highlightingthe importance of considering the context of use of these devices to avoid a disconnection from the real world. With this, we seek tobring knowledge to the general population about the damage obtained by excessive exposure to screens, favoring the understandingthat these losses will be marked both in childhood and throughout life.
Gabriela de Sousa Fonseca Prado, Marcella Antunes Sousa Luiz de Oliveira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3893 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 USE OF NITROGEN FIXING BACTERIA IN SECOND-SEASON CORN CROP IN NOVA MUTUM - MT https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3810
Corn requires large amounts of nitrogen, mainly to achieve high productivity, and there are nitrogen-fixing bacteria that can optimize the use of this macronutrient, such as the bacteria Azospirillum brasilese and Methylobacterium symbioticum in monocotyledons, which are capable of capturing nitrogen N2 and transforming it into NH3 and NH4+ and making them available to the plants. The objective of this study was to evaluate the main psychotropic drugs dispensed in a community pharmacy in the city of João Pessoa from January to June 2024. This is a descriptive, exploratory study with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data on the ten main psychotropic drugs dispensed were obtained through the pharmacy's own internal system, Linx Big Farma. The data collected were organized, processed, and tabulated using Microsoft Office Excel® 2010 software. A total of 698 psychotropic drugs were dispensed, with antidepressants being the most commercialized class at the branch at 39,97%, followed by anxiolytics at 39.83%, which may suggest an intensification of depression and anxiety in the population. It is possible to observe that of the four antidepressants dispensed, three are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and one is a tricyclic antidepressant. The one that was dispensed the most was sertraline with 115 units, totaling 41.2%, followed by fluoxetine, escitalopram and amitriptyline. This research confirms the understanding of the current classes consumed by the population in community pharmacies for the treatment of mental disorders, which provides enlightening and objective instructions for the conscious use of medications.
maria denise leite ferreira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3849 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 REDES COLABORATIVAS: UM MAPEAMENTO BIBLIOMÉTRICO DE PESQUISAS DE INTERVENÇÕES COM ATIVIDADE FÍSICA E DESEMPENHO COGNITIVO DE CRIANÇAS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3870
The use of organic fertilizers has been a great alternative. They are classified according to several criteria, classified as: mineral or inorganic, organic and organo-mineral. Therefore, in this article we present the importance of implementing organic fertilizers in our daily lives, highlighting the notoriety of their use and practicality. Such practices, when incremented, are visibly notable, used correctly, from quality to productivity. Furthermore, when we observe the stages of evolution of the use of organic fertilizers, we can mirror them in the present day, and highlight the qualities, such as more fertile soils, healthier foods, the leaching process without environmental damage, among many other peculiarities. Normally, fertilization requires several nutrients, with the intention that they are applied together in the same operation. Simple fertilizers are mixed, making a mineral compound. It is important to know which nutrients each compound will bring to the fertilizer, in order to have a precise fertilizer. However, there is still a lot of misinformation today regarding the use of organic fertilizers, a subject that is still little explored and tends to be underused, as it is more suitable for small crops, due to the demand for substances to form it. Therefore, with this article we want to simplify and expand knowledge on this subject, providing data and information that seek to facilitate this learning. Therefore, with so many significant results, it is of utmost importance that we work with organic fertilizers, as with them, we will get as close as possible to sustainable agriculture and a balanced ecosystem.

Keywords: sustainability, notoriety, qualities, fertility.
Maria José Francisco Guedes, Thallita Fernanda Ferreira Ribeiro, Dielma Barbosa da Cruz, Iasmyn Coelho Evangelista, Otavio Cabral Neto Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3837 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A INFLUÊNCIA DO BEM-ESTAR ANIMAL NA EFICIÊNCIA PRODUTIVA E NO MERCADO AVÍCOLA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3858
The guava (Psidium guajava L.) is a tropical fruit tree that is resistant and productive, and its processing residue (seeds and residual pulp) is rich in nutrients and has potential to be used as an ingredient in animal feed rations. Eleven treatments were outlined using a response surface methodology, using two variables, guava flour (GF) and amoxicillin. Three animals were used per experimental unit, totaling 33 piglets with an initial age of 28 days. A variation in performance (ADG, GPD, and CA) was observed among the different treatments, decreasing both GF and antibiotic. The non-significance of the data for GPD may be due to the variability of the samples, including individual differences between animals and uncontrolled factors. The addition of high levels of GF may have affected the palatability and digestibility of the ration, leading to a reduction in feed intake by the piglets. The best feed conversion was observed with moderate levels of GF inclusion and antibiotic. The relationship between guava flour (GF) and antibiotics depends on the concentration and proportion of each component, influenced by the diet and health of the animals, and can have beneficial or antagonistic effects. Guava flour is a promising option for promoting intestinal health and improving swine performance, as long as it is properly incorporated into diets and considering factors such as concentration, source, and individual characteristics of the animals.
Henrique Ferreira de Assis, Daniela Barros de Oliveira, Luana Pereira de Moraes, Marcus Vinicius Sandoval Paixão Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3889 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 PUBLIC POLICY FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER IN FORTALEZA-CE https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3795
Oral changes are common during this period, which implies a greater risk of local, respiratory and opportunistic infections. Among the main causes of infections in hospital patients is Klebsiella pneumoniae, a gram-negative bacterium found in mucous membranes and resistant to a range of routinely used antimicrobials. From this perspective, complementary therapies have emerged as an alternative for combating multi-resistant bacteria, as is the case with essential oils from medicinal plants. The aim of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of Juniperus communis essential oil associated with the antimicrobial gentamicin against strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The research was carried out using the solid medium diffusion technique. Filter paper disks containing the antimicrobial gentamicin were placed on Muller-Hinton Agar and inoculated with the bacterial suspension and soaked in the essential oil's MIC. For each of the strains chosen, a control study was carried out to correlate the inhibition halos formed. The study showed that the association had an indifferent and antagonistic effect on most of the strains investigated. However, effective responses were seen when the essential oil was combined with the antimicrobial against the KP 104 strain. The antimicrobial potential of the Juniperus communis species should be evaluated in new studies in order to understand this therapeutic property.

Keywords: Anti-Bacterial Agents, Phytotherapy, Phytotherapy, Microbiology, Dentistry.
Helena Silva Oliveira do Nascimento, Bernadete Santos, Gymenna Maria TenórioGuênes, Raline Mendonça dos Anjos, Veneziano Guedes de Sousa Rêgo, Abrahão Alves de Oliveira Filho Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3832 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA: ACOMPANHAMENTO DE UM ALUNO AUTISTA EM SALA DE AULA DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3856
This article reports the experience of monitoring a 6-year-old student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Early Childhood Education, highlighting the challenges and progress observed. Bioactive microbial pigments (biopigments) may attribute several functional properties to textile fibers. These properties include antimicrobial activity, UV protection and anti-odor. This systematic review enumerates the objective, evidence, and perspectives regarding the use of biopigments in documents published between 2015 and 2025. Three large scientific databases were used, and 137 documents were recovered, of which 6 matched the inclusion criteria. There was little material found, but an emerging literature exists, possibly encouraged by the demands of the in and post-covid-19 pandemic years. The studies showed how biopigments may have a positive impact on the functionalization of textiles, particularly natural fibers, through advanced dyeing and active ingredient incorporation technologies. The most assessed biopigment was prodigiosin, given its stability, several bioactive properties, and the vibrant and solid colors obtained. Few microorganisms have been studied, and many challenges need to be overcome for biopigments to be commercially competitive.
Allan Veríssimo de Figueiredo, Ádria Anacleto Pereira Mendes, Hueliton Borchardt, Ulrich Vasconcelos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3881 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A CIDADE COMO ESPAÇO DE DISPUTAS E RESSIGNIFICAÇÕES: DESIGUALDADE, ESTIGMA E RESISTÊNCIA NA VIDA URBANA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3777
Felipe Ribeiro Lemos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3777 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 PROCESSED FOODS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD: CHALLENGE FOR THE FORMATION OF HEALTHY EATING HABITS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3842
Abstract

The replacement of foods considered healthy by industrialized foods rich in additives contributes to the configuration of the current dietary profile of the Brazilian population, characterizing a greater consumption of ultra-processed foods, which becomes a determining factor for Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases and has as its main consequence the premature insertion of these foods into children's diets. Objective: To analyze the early introduction of industrialized foods in the formation of children's eating habits in early childhood. Methodology: This is an integrative review study, with papers published in the last decade (2015 to 2025), found in the following databases: Scielo, Pubmed and Scopus, in English and Portuguese, totaling a final sample of 19 original articles. Results: Factors associated with the consumption of ultra-processed foods in early childhood were found to be highly prevalent among children under two years old. Maternal schooling, income and socioeconomic conditions were found to have a positive impact on the consumption of these foods, to the detriment of foods considered healthy. Children who are not breastfed or who are exclusively breastfed for less than 180 days are at increased risk of introducing four or more ultra-processed foods in the first year of life. intervention to promote healthy eating habits from the first years of life. Conclusion: This study provided a better understanding of the consumption of ultra-processed foods in children, with an emphasis on early childhood.
Ana Caroliny Marques Araújo, Michelly Castilho Timóteo, Adriana Luz Martins Sagno, Simone Mariano da S. Highlighting the occurrence of mental disorders, the present work focuses on mental disorders related to the work of the nursing team. The general objective of the work was to identify the main strategies for minimizing the incidence of mental disorders related to the work of the nursing team. The research methodology is a literature review supported by books and scientific articles published since 2010. The emotional burden of nurses, manifested in stress, anxiety and depression, impacts not only professionals, but also the quality of patient care . Challenges include grueling hours, high-pressure situations and the COVID-19 pandemic. Quantitative data show a high incidence of these symptoms, exacerbated by work overload and lack of mental health policies. Despite this, there are promising initiatives, such as psycho-emotional support programs and improvements in working conditions, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive approach to dealing with this issue. The study highlights the urgency of attention and action to protect the mental health of nursing professionals. In addition to providing individual support, it is essential to address underlying structural causes, such as inadequate working conditions and lack of recognition. Implementing effective policies and ongoing support are essential to ensuring a healthy and sustainable work environment for nurses, allowing them to continue providing quality care to patients.

Keywords: Nursing. However, the quality of the sand used for concrete mixing is often unsatisfactory, with a fineness modulus below the standard established by ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards). The lack of specific studies, the absence of proper beneficiation, the lack of technical knowledge in the area, and incorrect usage have led to the rejection of "massará" by civil construction professionals and a large part of the Teresina population. This situation has resulted in the material becoming obsolete and losing value in the regional market.

This study aims to mechanically characterize concrete using washed "massará" as fine aggregate instead of sand, maintaining the same proportions of aggregates, water, and cement as conventional concrete. The cement used is CP IV-F 40, the same type employed in large concrete plants in Teresina. Granulometry tests, slump cone tests, and axial compression tests on cylindrical specimens were conducted. The test results showed that washed "massará" exhibits compression strength similar to that of conventional concrete, demonstrating its viability as an alternative fine aggregate in concrete production. This study suggests a new alternative for concrete mixing, especially considering the increasing scarcity of aggregate deposits due to high market demand.
However, its production is highly affected by root-knot nematodes, especially Meloidogyne enterolobii Yang & Einsenback, which cause severe damage to the root system, hindering plant development from the seedling stage. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a resistance inducer (Hulk®) and a probiotic product (Biopex NE®) on the early development of ‘Paluma’ guava seedlings inoculated with M. enterolobii. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse using a completely randomized design with five treatments and five replications. Biometric evaluations (plant height and fresh shoot mass) were performed for 150 days. Results showed no significant differences among treatments during the initial evaluations. However, from 120 days onward, seedlings treated with Hulk® and Biopex NE® showed superior performance, with higher growth rates and fresh mass averages, even under nematode pressure. These findings indicate that both products can be promising tools for integrated management of M. enterolobii, enhancing seedling health and orchard establishment.
Paulo Roberto Pala Martinelli, Gabriela Daris de Oliveira, Rodrigo Souza Santos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3854 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 MULTIDISCIPLINARY ACTION IN HEALTH EDUCATION ABOUT SMOKING IN PATIENTS WITH COPD IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3879
Introduction: Smoking is recognized as one of the main modifiable risk factors for the development of non-communicable chronic diseases.
