Considering that digital resources provide and encourage different learning profiles by presenting the same content in different forms, such as audio, video and readings, research is carried out on multiple intelligences and mobile applications: connections and possibilities for learners with autism, in order to identify free and open mobile applications and the stimulation of the multiple intelligences of learners with autism. To this end, it is necessary to understand how these mobile applications stimulate multiple intelligences from the perspective of learners with autism, and to map the free and open applications found and the intelligence they stimulate and their suitability for learners with autism. A hypothetical deductive study is then carried out, with a qualitative and exploratory approach through bibliographic research and content analysis. In view of this, it is clear that technology present in everyday life should be seen as an ally, it is there to make life easier for learners with autism, helping them with their tasks and difficulties. Everyone learns, a child with autism may not be able to verbalize, but with the help of assistive technology they will be able to do so and develop their mental schemes, their intelligence, which leads to the realization that there are many free applications for learners with autism available in online stores and it is possible to find more than one software with the same function.
Janaina Santana da Costa, Ana Marcia Lopes Lima Sales, Zaíra Nascimento De Oliveira, Erasmo Baltazar Valadão Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3716 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 NEUROCIÊNCIA E ENSINO DE LEITURA: COMO PRÁTICAS BASEADAS NO FUNCIONAMENTO CEREBRAL PODEM MELHORAR A ALFABETIZAÇÃO INCLUSIVA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3770
ABSTRACT

This article aims to analyze how neuroscience knowledge can support pedagogical practices focused on reading instruction in inclusive literacy contexts. It is a qualitative, bibliographic research based on scientific publications indexed between 2022 and 2025. The analysis showed that reading involves multiple neural systems and that neurocompatible pedagogical practices—such as multisensory stimulation, phonological awareness, and visual aids—are effective in developing reading skills, especially in students with learning difficulties. The results also highlight the need for continuous teacher education and the adoption of personalized strategies tailored to different cognitive profiles. It is concluded that integrating neuroscience and education contributes to more inclusive, equitable, and evidence-based literacy.

Keywords: Neuroscience. Episodes considered adverse in these spaces have the potential to become negative mental triggers. Work activity is part of people's lives and can be related to feelings of pleasure and/or suffering. To discuss the prevalence of psychotropic use among health professionals in the workplace. This work is an integrative literature review. The research was carried out by selecting scientific articles published in periods indexed in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) databases, using descriptors extracted from DeCS (Health Sciences Descriptors), based on the keywords: Working conditions; occupational health; antidepressant, through the Boolean operator AND, OR and NOT. Initially, 160 articles were found in the databases searched. When the previously established inclusion criteria were applied, 06 articles were selected to be used in the analysis and discussion of the work. According to the scientific articles found, the studies show the prevalence of use of antidepressant medications in the workplace. Antidepressants, antiepileptics and antipsychotics are considered the main classes of psychotropic drugs used in the workplace. After the study carried out in research of the current published articles, it is possible to conclude that the reasons that lead some workers to use antidepressant medications are numerous, among them are working in sectors with more exhausting routines and difficult relationships with coworkers.
Rita de Cassia Sarmento Gomes, José Guilherme Ferreira Marques Galvão, Francisca Sabrina Vieira Lima, Diego Igor Alves Fernandes de Araújo Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3793 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 O IMPACTO DA LUDICIDADE NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DO RACIOCÍNIO LÓGICO DA LEITURA E ESCRITA EM UMA TURMA DO 3º ANO DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3819
Envisioned in the 1988 Federal Constitution, public security is one of the pillars for maintaining order, social peace, and the protection of individual and collective rights. Based on these principles, this research investigates the historical and structural challenges of the country's public security system and highlights the importance of its effective implementation through an integrated approach involving different levels of government and institutions. The methodology adopted is a qualitative bibliographic review, focusing on studies that discuss the evolution of the right to public security, the public policies implemented, and the measures to integrate civil society into security processes. The results identified that, despite institutional and legal advances, public security still faces obstacles in terms of coordination between security forces and the need for greater community involvement in security actions. The conclusion indicates that, as a fundamental right, the effectiveness of public security directly depends on the implementation of a strategic plan that articulates the various spheres of government and the active participation of society, thereby ensuring the protection of citizens' rights and promoting social well-being.

Keywords: Public Security.

Júlia Arevabene Milaneze, Alexandre Jacob Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3806 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 GESTÃO TERRITORIAL E DESENVOLVIMENTO AMBIENTAL NO CERRADO E NA AMAZÔNIA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3625
a biodiversidade global. Among the available strategies, the use of low-consumption protein products stands out as a technological alternative capable of intensifying production systems. This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of the use of low-intake proteins in the nutrition of beef cattle, considering their impacts on productive performance, especially on weight gain, and their viability as a supplementation strategy in pasture breeding systems. The study involved 60 non-castrated male cattle, aged between 12 and 15 months, of the Nellore breeds, distributed in two groups: supplementation with B25-4 (30 animals), standard farm diet (30 animals). The trial period lasted 120 days. The animals supplemented with B25-4 showed an average daily weight gain of 0.725 kg, while the control group obtained a gain of 0.475 kg. The 52.63% increase in the weight gain of the supplemented animals may be related to the greater nutrient intake provided by the protein. Thus, the adoption of advanced formulation proteins, such as B25-4, can be an effective strategy to increase productivity.
GUILHERME FERREIRA DE MOURA, Janaina Borges dos Santos, Estéfany Silva de Oliveira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3803 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 SUPERVISED INTERNSHIP IN CLINICAL NUTRITION: WHAT IS THE PRECEPTOR'S PERSPECTIVE? https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3764
The Supervised Internship in Clinical Nutrition is a mandatory item for higher education in Nutrition. In this context, the role of the preceptor stands out, as an important and indispensable actor for the development of this curricular component. Studies that address preceptorship in health areas are common in the literature, but there are few studies that evaluate this theme in the area of nutrition. The objective of this study was to understand the perception of the preceptor in the internship in Clinical Nutrition of the Nutrition course of a public federal higher education university, carried out in two public hospitals. The research was exploratory in nature, using a qualitative approach. First, a questionnaire was applied to the preceptors who accompanied the internship and, subsequently, two focus groups were held. The thematic synthesis generated four comprehensive analytical themes: (1) a lack of clarity was observed in the conceptualization and delegation of the functions of the preceptor and the professor; (2) the relationship and dialogue between them were evaluated negatively; (3) the lack of training in preceptorship was pointed out as a limiting factor for the preceptor's performance during the internship, and (4) the presence of the intern in the workplace was considered an agent of positive change. It is believed that joint actions of continuing education and training between the service and the educational institution are important for the adequate development of the internship and in the training of future professionals.
Nayanne Duarte Madeira Carvalho, Andrea Sugai Mortoza , Maria Luiza Ferreira Stringhini, Ida Helena Carvalho Francescantonio Menezes Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3764 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 IMPACTO DA INSUFICIÊNCIA CARDÍACA COM FRAÇÃO DE EJEÇÃO REDUZIDA NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3787
Heart failure (HF) can be defined as the inability of the heart to maintain a cardiac output proportional to the metabolic demand of the body or when it only does so at the expense of an increase in its filling pressures. The decrease in output may be due to impairment of systole or diastole or both, with one of them predominating, depending on the specific etiology (functional or structural changes in the heart) and the time of evolution, resulting in the nosological entity HF (signs and symptoms). Systolic dysfunction due to deficit in myocardial contractility is manifested by a decrease in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and diastolic dysfunction by ventricular filling failures due to reduced capacity to accommodate blood in the cavities, whether at rest or during physical activity. HF is a complex and heterogeneous syndrome, which makes both case identification and patient categorization challenging in epidemiological studies. LVEF is often considered a phenotypic marker of clinical value, as it reflects both the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms and the likely response to treatment. The objective of this study is to report and understand the challenges that impact the quality of life of a patient with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). The study methodology will be a clinical case with an exploratory literature review with qualitative approaches.
Karina Maria Mesquita Da Silva, Clarisce Gomes Batista, Miguel Emilio Sarmiento Gener, Kaylla Gardennia Valadares Teixeira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3787 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA E A ORGANIZAÇÃO DE CONCURSOS PÚBLICOS PARA OS INSTITUTOS FEDERAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO CIÊNCIA E TECNOLOGIA: UM ESTUDO BIBLIOGRÁFICO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3813
Grasielle Gomes Frois, Pedro Baía Alves Francisco, Philipe Bastos Oliveira Bastos Oliveira, Dardânia Lopes Soares Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3800 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 LUDO IN RADIATION EXPOSURE https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3759
Teaching Physics in Pharmacy undergraduate programs faces challenges due to its perceived complexity and lack of direct applicability in the pharmaceutical field. Adopting sustainable practices in this sector is crucial to reduce environmental impacts and promote sustainability. In Brazil, standards such as NBR 15575 and programs such as PROCEL encourage energy efficiency, while certifications such as LEED and AQUA-HQE recognize buildings that adopt sustainable solutions. Passive strategies, such as the use of thermal materials and natural ventilation, and active strategies, such as automation systems and the integration of renewable energies, are essential to optimize the energy performance of buildings. Despite the advances, challenges such as high initial costs, lack of awareness, and lack of skilled labor still make it difficult to disseminate these practices. The study proposes the integration of public policies, investments in technical training and greater awareness of the benefits of energy efficiency to overcome these obstacles. In summary, energy efficiency in buildings is a strategic necessity, not only to reduce costs and energy consumption, but also to contribute to global sustainability, aligning with the goals of reducing emissions and promoting a low-carbon economy.
Elias Ferreira Nascimento, Patrick Peres Oliveira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3771 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 ANÁLISE DE SITUAÇÃO DA HANSENIASE NO PERIODO DE 2017 A 2022 NO MUNICIPIO DE TEÓFILO OTONI https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3794
Abstract

Leprosy is an infectious and chronic disease caused by the bacillus Mycobacterium lepraeou Hansen. It compromises the skin, mucous membranes and peripheral nervous system. The severity of the disease is not only assessed by the number of existing patients, or by its contagiousness, but by the disabilities it produces, psychosocial problems and the long duration of treatment. Since ancient times, leprosy has been considered a contagious, mutilating and incurable disease, causing a prejudiced attitude of exclusion and discrimination towards its sufferer, normally an outcast in society. According to a study developed in 2012 by Paloma Benigno Morais (2012), the municipality of Teófilo Otoni - MG was considered endemic and few control actions were related. This article is research based on a cross-sectional and observational, qualitative and quantitative analysis of data provided by the Municipal Health Department with the aim of verifying whether the disease is expanding or heading towards suppression. The result of the research demonstrates that the city no longer has a super-endemic profile, as the number of cases identified was 0.057% of cases between 2017 and 27/09/2022. The dissemination of awareness and prevention campaigns are essential for controlling and monitoring the disease.

Keywords:Leprosy; Epidemiological Profile; Diagnosis; Treatment.
Kamila Pereira Mendes, Klemeson Nunes, Maria Clara Laranjeira, Aline Ribeiro De Souza, Larissa Pereira Batista, Pedro Emílio Amador Salomão Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3794 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 CONECTANDO A ESCOLA BÁSICA AOS TEMAS SOCIOAMBIENTAIS VIA EDUCAÇÃO CIENTÍFICA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3825
Nilson Gabriel de Brito Madureira, Giovano Candiani Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3825 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 A BRINQUEDOTECA NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES: UM ESPAÇO LÚDICO PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO PEDAGÓGICO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3751
The toy library is an essential space in the training of future teachers, as it enables the understanding of play as a pedagogical practice. This study stems from a research project that investigates the significance of the toy library in the education of undergraduate pedagogy students, promoting meaningful experiences related to playfulness and child development. Our theoretical framework is based on authors such as Luckesi (2004), Cória-Sabini (2004), Santos (1997), and Kishimoto (2000), among others. The literature highlights the importance of the toy library in higher education, as it provides pedagogy students with playful experiences, allowing for a more reflective and practical training process. Thus, the toy library becomes an essential tool in preparing educators committed to meaningful and humanized pedagogical practices. The methodology adopted in this study combines both qualitative and quantitative approaches, employing bibliographic research techniques. A systematic literature review was conducted to examine how "toy libraries in universities" are addressed in theses and dissertations. For this purpose, the CAPES thesis and dissertation catalog was used, covering studies published between 1997 and 2023. This literature review aims to analyze management practices and the importance of animal welfare in beef cattle production in Brazil, addressing their impacts on productivity and meat quality. The study highlights that animal welfare is directly related to zootechnical performance, with animals kept under appropriate conditions exhibiting better growth, lower incidence of diseases, and higher-quality meat. The main factors influencing welfare include nutritional, health, and reproductive management, as well as infrastructure conditions and thermal comfort. The review emphasizes the predominant production systems in Brazil: extensive, semi-intensive, and intensive, each with specific advantages and challenges. The extensive system, based on pastures, has lower costs but also lower productivity. In contrast, the intensive system, such as feedlot operations, requires greater investment but provides accelerated weight gain and carcass standardization. Nutritional management is one of the pillars of production, accounting for up to 90% of operational costs, with an emphasis on strategic supplementation and the use of rotational grazing to optimize nutrition. Additionally, the study addresses the importance of health and reproductive management, highlighting the need for disease prevention and the adoption of techniques such as fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI) to improve reproductive efficiency. It concludes that integrating good management practices with investments in technology and technical training is essential to ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of Brazilian cattle farming. The review reinforces the need for policies that encourage the adoption of animal welfare protocols and the dissemination of knowledge among producers.
The study's framework consisted of the management process theory, specifically the control process, its fourth and final stage so that the state-of-the-art knowledge produced and published in Portuguese could be understood. The conceptual bibliographic method was used, which consists of formulating research questions and their respective response patterns, followed by data collection in scientific databases, which were then organized in the form of frequency tables and diagrams representing the logical scheme of the attributes of the control process, ending with the writing of the responses sought for submission to the scientific community for consideration. The data collected were conceptual definitions contained in these publications from 2019 to 2024 in 10 studies that underwent semantic analyses to generate the findings. The results indicated the existence of four approaches to control (action, function, support, and process), six attributes that characterize the control process and five implications for the training of executive secretarial professionals: 1)leadership in the execution of organizational strategies, 2) the ability to influence people to lead them, 3) mastery over control devices and applications, 4) focus on the performance predicted in the plans and 5) the establishment of a safety environment to achieve organizational objectives. The study's findings contribute to improving the training of executive secretarial professionals by positioning them as support for managers in achieving organizational objectives based on mastery over the control process. The originality of this study lies in the balance between the conceptual delimitations of the control process, the logical scheme constructed with the attributes that characterize the control process, and the five implications for the training of executive secretarial professionals.
Camila Silva de Oliveira, Jessica Calixto Silva Teixeira, Silvia Letícia Brito Santos, Raiana Jaqueline Costa dos Santos, Daniel Nascimento-e-Silva, Alexandre Jorge Gaia Cardoso Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3769 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL NA PERSPECTIVA DA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA. Through an integrative review of 22 studies published between 2020 and 2024, it was possible to map the main themes investigated, including the regulation of the sector, the economic, social, and psychological impacts of betting, as well as issues related to civil liability and bettor behavior. The results show significant advances in understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with the betting market, especially after the implementation of Laws No. 13,756/2018 and No. 14,790/2023. However, there is still a gap between the development of regulatory policies and the mitigation of negative impacts, such as player indebtedness and increased social vulnerability. In addition, the need for studies that explore the interaction between regulation, financial education, and consumer protection was identified. This work highlights the relevance of a research agenda that broadens understanding of the regional and cultural specificities of the Brazilian market, contributing to the formulation of more inclusive and effective public policies.
Lucas Felipe Tertulino Oliveira, Rayssa de Sousa Santos, João Carlos Hipólito Bernardes do Nascimento, Mauricio Mendes Boavista de Castro, Maria de Lourdes de Melo Salmito Mendes, Kelsen Arcângelo Ferreira e Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3780 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 “MASTER OF CHEMISTRY" https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3765
Mediated learning is a teaching model in which a mediator acts between the student and the stimuli in the environment, helping in the interpretation and assimilation of knowledge. This method can be applied in several ways, one of which is through playful activities, such as educational games. This study presents the proposal for the development of a didactic game called "Master of Chemistry", which aims to serve as a complementary tool in the teaching and learning process of analytical chemistry in higher education courses, especially in introductory disciplines. In its creation, accessible and low-cost materials were used in order to make the application more feasible. The game consists of cards with multiple-choice questions, true or false questions, discursive questions, as well as cards, a board and markers for the participants. In this way, a board game was obtained that favors the retention of content in a light and interactive way, making the teaching of chemistry more dynamic and less monotonous for the students, who begin to play a more active role in the learning process.
Maria Nicolly Sena das Dores, Heloisa Vitoria Barbosa de Souza, Athie Rames França Nunes, Rian Moura de Araujo, Heloíza Verena Alves Pinheiro, Antonio dos Santos Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3765 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 CHALLENGES AND POTENTIALITIES OF ORGANIC AND INTERCROPPED SYSTEMS IN VEGETABLE PRODUCTION: A SOCIOECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PERSPECTIVE https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3789
Organic and intercropped vegetable production systems represent sustainable alternatives that reconcile economic viability, environmental benefits, and positive social impacts. This study aims to identify the challenges and potentialities of organic and intercropped systems in vegetable production from a socioeconomic and environmental perspective. The adoption of organic and intercropped practices faces obstacles such as the need for more intensive management, higher demand for technical knowledge, and commercialization limitations. However, these challenges are counterbalanced by advantages such as reduced use of agrochemicals, improved soil quality, diversified production, and higher market value of products. Additionally, these systems contribute to food security and environmental conservation by promoting biodiversity and reducing the degradation of natural resources. The research highlights the importance of public policy incentives and farmer training to expand the adoption of these practices. It is concluded that, despite the difficulties, organic and intercropped systems have great potential to make vegetable production more sustainable and economically viable.
Lourenço Oliveira dos Santos, Silvana Lima Pinheiro, Eduada Machado Gomes , Cleiton Sousa Santos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3789 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 AS CONTRIBUIÇÕES DE MILTON SANTOS PARA O CAMPO DA CIÊNCIA, TECNOLOGIA E SOCIEDADE (CTS) https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3814
Activities that involve active methodologies in the teaching and learning process represent a significant change in relation to the traditional education model. Active learning encourages greater interaction and participation of students. In this context, recreational activities are a way to attract and arouse the interest of students. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present a proposal for an educational game called “Million-dollar Chemistry” as a facilitator in teaching the discipline of Analytical Chemistry with an emphasis on Oxidation-Reduction Volumetry. The game was built by a team of Pharmacy students at the Universidade Federal do Pará, using accessible materials, such as: a box with help cards, a wall bracket with values ranging from R$500.00 to R$1,000.00, and 15 cards containing questions to be asked to the players. The game demonstrated that playfulness as a form of active methodology contributes to the teaching-learning process of students, allowing interaction between students and better retention of the content. Thus, the objective of the work of propagating knowledge in a creative, accessible and dynamic way, about Oxidation-Reduction Volumetry was successfully achieved.
Danielle Cardoso Dias, Ana Carolina Barbosa Duarte, Fernanda Rosa da Silva Picanço, Laís Gabrielly Abreu dos Santos, Antonio dos Santos Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3740 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 Profile of hospitalizations due to mental and behavioral disorders in Brazil https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3776
Mental and behavioral disorders are a public health problem that grows every year, being considered the evil of the century. Thus, the present work aims to describe the profile of hospitalizations due to Mental and Behavioral Disorders in Brazil from 2019 to 2024. The work in question consists of a retrospective, descriptive, quantitative study of hospitalizations that occurred in the country, through the Hospital Information System of the Unified Health System (SIH/SUS), made available by the SUS Information Technology Department (DATASUS). According to the data analyzed, 1,141,443 hospitalizations were recorded in the period analyzed. It can be seen that hospitalizations for schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders were predominant with 30% of the records, the majority of cases were in the southeast region of the country with 446,733 hospitalizations (39.13%). There was a predominance of hospitalizations in the age group corresponding to 30 to 39 years. Regarding the type of care, the majority were emergency, with higher rates in 2023, with a predominance of males. Thus, the present study achieved its objective and promoted the discussion of fundamental data, since knowledge of the profile of hospitalizations for mental disorders in the country is essential for research and planning of health services, aiming to identify the risk profile for the development of such disorders, in order to promote effective and qualified care.
Beatriz Milhomem Coutinho Gomes, Celiane de Ribamar Alves Oliveira, Adriana Keila Dias, Klênnyo Aguiar Pereira Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3776 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 MIND MAPS IN EDUCATION: USE AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3802
The current work sought to analyze, through a bibliographic review, what results teachers and researchers have achieved with the use of mind maps in the classroom. Therefore, this study presents a state of knowledge on school practices involving mind maps, with an analysis of research in which this method was applied with students. Therefore, the procedure used to develop the study was a state of knowledge bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach and exploratory character. For data collection, the search platform “Periódico Capes” was used with the descriptors “Mapas Mentais and Educação”. The time frame was from 2019 to 2024, among other filters described in the methodology section. Regarding the analysis, content analysis was chosen, based on the following pre-categories: article title; authors (year); target audience; practice developed; main results obtained. For the latter, other categories emerged, which constitute the results of this research. Therefore, as main results, it is possible to affirm that mind maps can contribute significantly to the teaching and learning process. The emerging categories of the studies analyzed are: engagement and active participation of students; improvement in the organization of thought and structuring of ideas; improvement in connections between concepts; aid in memorization, understanding of content and consolidation of knowledge; development of creativity and critical thinking; transition from mechanical learning to meaningful learning; awareness of students to better understand their realities and the context in which they live.
Márcia Rossi Vidal, Alessandro Bueno Felipe, Beatriz Leite Fagundes Do Nascimento, Johnata Moraes Figueira, Kelma Rocha Cândido Alcântara, Leon de Assis Silva, Leni Rodrigues Machado Dos Reis, Marcelo Gomes Do Nascimento, Nathania Oliveira Santos, Tarscila Duarte Dos Santos, Wagner Mendes Da Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3802 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: REVIEW OF LITERATURE AND PROPOSAL FOR CONCEPTUAL DEFINITION https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3761
Human resources management is a dynamic science area requiring periodic assessments to summarize what is known about the subject. Regular reviews bring a better understanding of organizations' operating logic, evolution, and data for developing more appropriate HR management practices. Thus, this study proposed a conceptual definition of human resources management based on scientific literature. The conceptual bibliographic method was used in its four stages to generate its findings: 1) problem formulation and response pattern, 2) data collection in the Google Scholar scientific base, 3) data organization based on semantic analysis, and 4 ) presentation of the answers sought. The results showed nine predominant terms of equivalence: process, approach, strategy, set, system, activity, contracting, progress, and art, and seventeen attributes, grouped into six semantic axes characterizing human resources management: management, employees, development, strategic, goals, and organization. The conclusion presents a conceptual proposal that human resources management can be defined as a strategic management process for developing employees to achieve personal and organizational goals. The study's contribution to science is the proposition of a conceptual definition with adequate boundaries of the scope of the phenomenon of human resources management beyond reductionist and simplistic approaches, which favors organizational practices.
Alexandre Jorge Gaia Cardoso, Daniel Nascimento-e-Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3761 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN BRAZIL: HISTORICAL OVERVIEW, TRANSFORMATIONS, AND THE ROLE OF FEDERAL INSTITUTES OF TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3786
This article conducts a literature review on the historical trajectory of professional education in Brazil, with an emphasis on the role of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science, and Technology (IFs). The central objective is to analyze the historical panorama and transformations of vocational education in Brazil, highlighting the evolution of professional education and the role of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science, and Technology in consolidating this educational modality. The methodology is based on a literature review, encompassing legislation, academic studies, and historical documents. The results show that Brazilian professional education has been marked by decisive moments, such as the creation of SENAI and SENAC (1940s), the technicist reform during the military regime (Law No. 5.692/71), and the redemocratization, which culminated in the integration of technical education with basic education through the LDB of 1996. Law No. 11.892/08, which established the IFs, represented a milestone by integrating technical training, undergraduate, and graduate education into a free and widespread model. However, challenges remain, such as the need for curriculum updates to meet the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the reduction of regional inequalities in access. It is concluded that IFs are fundamental for the democratization of professional education, but they require sustainable public policies that ensure funding, articulation with local productive arrangements, and a balance between humanistic and technicist education. The study reinforces the relevance of future research on the impact of IFs on regional socioeconomic development.
Eduarda Machado Gomes, Wemerson Leonardo Cruz da Silva, João Marcelo do Nascimento Borges, Francisco de Assis Lopes Bispo Junior Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3786 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 INFLUENCE OF THE LUNAR CYCLE ON THE BIRTH AND SEX OF FOALS https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3811
The belief that the phases of the moon influence different aspects of animal and plant life is an ancient tradition that persists in popular culture. Based on these theories, the article portrays the different conceptions of education presented in the film Matilda (1996), enabling an analogy. We know that families are different from one another, just as other figures responsible for the formation of every human being—parents, family, school, teachers, and society in general—have different perceptions both of the child and of childhood. Learning theories refer to ways of grasping the world, society, and human beings, providing us with a guide for what best adapts and consequently influences teaching and learning processes, such as environmentalism, which presents a directive pedagogy; innatism, which dictates a non-directive pedagogy; and interactionism, whose pedagogy is relational. Thus, the article seeks, through learning theories, to discuss how childhood is represented by different perceptions and educational practices, based on the examples presented by the characters in Matilda (1996), and to present the environmentalist, innatist, and interactionist conceptions, while reflecting on the concepts of childhood and infancies, with an emphasis on childhood as a social category. The article concludes with final considerations.
Eykman Gama Fraga; Valeria Vieira dos Santos Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3729 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 INTER-RELAÇÃO ENTRE DOENÇA PERIODONTAL E DOENÇA DE ALZHEIMER: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3773
Population aging has been associated with an increased incidence of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), the most prevalent form of dementia, characterized by the progressive decline of cognitive functions. Studies indicate that this inflammatory response may influence both the onset and progression of AD. In this context, this study aims to investigate the relationship between PD and AD, synthesizing recent findings from the literature and discussing their possible health implications.
Ana Júlia Duarte Monteiro, Hiago Aparecido Martins Da Silva, Nicolli Augusta Silva Mateus, Murilo Rocha Rodrigues Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3773 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 O OBJETIVO RESSOCIALIZADOR DA PENA FRENTE A VIOLAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS DO PRESO DENTRO DO SISTEMA CARCERÁRIO https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3796
Kananda Sianara Louzada Pereira, Alexandre Jacob Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3796 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 O THE ROLE OF AFFECTIVITY IN THE LEARNING PROCESS OF STUDENTS IN THE EARLY YEARS OF ELEMENTARY EDUCATION https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3826
This article is the result of a final work for a degree in Pedagogy, with the objective of analyzing the role of affection in the context of teaching and learning nowadays, based on the reports of teachers and the experiences of students in the 3rd year of Elementary School in a school in the municipal education network of Linhares-ES. The relationship between teacher and student is fundamental to promote meaningful learning, in which affection acts as an important ally, considering that the entire teaching and learning process must be permeated by affection, enhancing the engagement and development of students. From this perspective, we adopted as a methodological basis the qualitative research of a descriptive nature where the data were found through interviews with two classroom teachers from the same school. Soon after, a focus group was held with five students from the classes of the interviewed teachers. A field research was carried out in a school in the municipal education network of Linhares-ES. The results obtained showed that affection plays a crucial role in learning, as it strengthens the bond between teacher and student, creating an environment conducive to academic and emotional development. In addition, it was possible to observe that challenges such as lack of family support and emotional difficulties can impact school performance, reinforcing the need for a more empathetic and individualized approach to the educational process.
Elenice Pereira Novais, Gislayne de Souza Vargas, Márcia Perini Valle Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3826 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 GAME “WHO AM I?” AS A TEACHING STRATEGY FOR TEACHING PHYSICS IN HIGHER EDUCATION https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3755
Physics is considered a very difficult subject to understand, especially in higher education, where it is more technically rigorous. Educational activities with playful characteristics are generally efficient in transforming difficult and boring subjects into enjoyable learning moments. The objective of this study was to develop a didactic game to be implemented in classes of the subject Bases of Physics and Chemistry Applied to Pharmacy (BQF), part of the undergraduate course in Pharmacy. The results of testing the game in a classroom of a class of the subject showed that the game developed was accepted by the class and that the students learned physics concepts while having fun.
Vitória de Sena Magalhães, Helber Matheus de Oliveira Ferraz Carvalho, Ewerton Carvalho de Souza, Antonio dos Santos Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3755 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 TEAM SPORTS AND BODY CULTURE https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3784
This study investigates the impacts of team sports on children's motor development and learning, emphasizing the importance of body culture in pedagogical practices. The research addresses the relationship between team sports activities and the improvement of fundamental motor skills, such as coordination and balance, in addition to exploring psychosocial benefits, such as teamwork and cooperation. The analysis of sports initiation programs in schools reveals how sports contribute to the comprehensive development of students, promoting not only physical development, but also inclusion and the construction of social values. Based on studies and evidence from authors such as Gallahue et al. (2013) and Menézes et al. (2014), this article proposes reflections on best practices and the need for appropriate pedagogical planning, considering the particularities of each student and group.

Keywords: team sports; motor development; inclusion.
Ana Laura da Silva, Karen Cristine Rodrigues Alves, Júlio Cesar dos Santos, Marcela de Melo Fernandes Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3784 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 UNDERSTANDING MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES PRESENT IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT ACCORDING TO GARDNER'S THEORY https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3808
The present research aimed to review and analyze, in a narrative way, studies and publications that address the different multiple intelligences identified in the school environment, with the aim of understanding the types of intelligences. To this end, a bibliographic research of the narrative review type was developed, with a qualitative approach through the study of scientific articles and other academic works found on the search platform “Google Scholar” using the terms “Theory of Multiple Intelligences”. The analysis was carried out in an interpretative way. As a result, it was found that the theory of multiple intelligences argues that human intelligence is composed of different abilities, and not by a single general capacity. Among these are linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial and musical. Also noteworthy are the corporal-kinesthetic, interpersonal and intrapersonal. Each corresponds to different ways of learning, acting and expressing oneself. Naturalistic intelligence completes the group, focusing on the connection with nature. It is considered that studying multiple intelligences allows recognizing the individualities of students and expanding their ways of learning. With this, the school can offer a more intentional and comprehensive education.
Márcia Rossi Vidal, Alessandro Bueno Felipe, Clarinda Figueiredo Dos Santos, Kamila Castilho Silva, Kelma Rocha Cândido Alcântara, Leon de Assis Silva, Leni Rodrigues Machado Dos Reis, Lucinete Dias Ferraz , Marcelo Gomes Do Nascimento, Tarscila Duarte Dos Santos, Telma Ferreira Novaes, Wagner Mendes Da Silva Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3808 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300 SUPPLEMENTARY PENSION AS A SOURCE OF ADDITIONAL RETIREMENT INCOME https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3804
The main objective of this study is to analyze how supplementary pension plans can help to complement retirement income for a portion of the population. The article begins with a brief historical overview of the emergence and development of Social Security in the world and in Brazil. At the national level, it highlights that the Social Security system is structured around the pillars of Health, Social Assistance, and Social Security. It addresses the pension regimes in Brazil and the main rules for granting retirement by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), emphasizing the growing deficit of the General Social Security Regime (RGPS), caused by structural problems. It clarifies the main types of private pension plans available for individuals and presents simulations considering various age and income ranges, demonstrating that the earlier a person starts contributing to a supplementary pension plan, the greater the monthly income will be after the accumulation period.
Ricardo Silveira da Paixão, Aurélio Campos Maciel, Larissa Ferrari Laures Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://revista.unipacto.com.br/index.php/multidisciplinar/article/view/3804 Tue, 15 Apr 2025 00:00:00 -0300
